Standard Maintenance
Package features:
A
visit to the hot tub after guests check-out as per schedule
provided by the rental agent, maximum of 5 visits per month
A
mid-stay service visit will be done for guest stays of 10
days or longer
Chemical
testing and treating the hot tub water for quality, temperature
etc.
Checking
the filter and cleaning if necessary
Cleaning
and vacuuming of the hot tub surface
Cleaning
hot tub cover and treating for UV protection
Inspection
of the Spa Pak for leaks and correct function
Snow
removal from the covers and steps on day of visit
An
on-site log recording visits to the property
All
cleaning equipment and chemicals are included and are stored
off-site.
Standard Service included
in Maintenance Package:
- Chemicals
are supplied by Splash Nash Spas and are included in the
monthly fee
- Scheduled
water changes are included in spring and fall. If water
changes are required in the interim, they will be invoiced
at $125.00 per hour
- Trouble
call outs for low water, temperature, etc. are not included
in the monthly fee. These will be invoiced at $30.00/visit
- All
tubs are visited at least once per week to ensure readiness
for use if the unit is empty
- Extra scheduled or requested service visits above the 5 included are charged $40.00/visit
- Splash
Nash Spas provides a Service Technician on call every day
from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (winter season) and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. the rest of the year
Maintenance Service Costs and Initial Start-Up Requirements
All hot tubs require the following items and will be invoiced
for them if they are not already in place.
2 filter cartridges, 1 floating brominator,
1 thermometer, and 1 Instruction Sign for "Use
and Safety"
Monthly Rates
CM package - $147.00/month
for weekly service with 5 visits per month
CMLS package - $85.00/month for bi-weekly service during the period of May to November
and $147.00/month for weekly service during the period of December to April.
The
monthly fee, plus taxes, is invoiced at the beginning
of the service month.
Additional fees are applicable
for all service packages and are as follows:
- Emergency
call-outs to address water changes or damages stemming from
guest negligence, abuse, or overuse (i.e. parties in the
hot tub) will be billed at $125.00/ hour and will be invoiced
to the property manager immediately and to be paid by the
guests immediately.
- Repairs
are billed at $90.00/hour; Splash Nash Spas has a complete
stock of parts to repair tubs quickly.
- Replacement
of filter cartridges, floating brominators, thermometers,
covers and spa pak parts are not included in the monthly
rates.
- Excessive
snow shoveling due to heavy snow fall or snow shedding from
roofs.
